Refer a Mate Terms and Conditions

• New customers must state the Refer a Mate promotion and confirm the name of the person who referred Plumb FX to them when making a booking

• Promotion open to residential customers that refer a NEW customer to Plumb FX

• New referred customers will receive a discount of $25.00 inc. GST on their first job from the total

• An existing customer can refer as many NEW customers as they want and receive a ‘promotion credit’ of $25 incl. GST for each

• Any ‘promotion credit’ cannot be exchanged for cash and will be credited off the next invoice for the existing customer

• The ‘promotion credit’ will become effective once the new customer has paid their invoice

• This promotion will run from September 2023 and may cease at any time without notice

• Any ‘promotion credit’ will remain valid for 6 months after being acquired

• Minimum job spend of one hour required to redeem offer
